Flintshire County Council is one of our regular clients and our original framework appointment was way back in 1999. We’ve been reappointed by them four times since then and we’re still delivering work under that framework.
Flintshire County Council
We’re proud of the partnership we’ve built with Flintshire County Council over the past 20 years, delivering over 30,000 projects for them. As part of the ‘Void Property Works’ and ‘Repair and Maintenance Works’ frameworks, we work on Flintshire County Council’s social housing stock. These frameworks deliver disabled adaptations, planned maintenance of tenanted properties, and extensions and refurbishment of public building and schools.
We provide multi-trade services and utilise of local teams which are supported by our network of specialist subcontractors. They include damp proofing, electrical work, and gas safety.
Our frameworks comprise: brickwork and masonry, carpentry and joinery, drainage, fencing and gates, foundations, groundworks, plastering and decorating, and roofing.

Denbighshire County Council
We’re incredibly proud of the positive feedback we’ve received from Denbighshire County Council. We’ve been delivering projects for them since our appointment as a preferred supplier in 2002. We’ve been reappointed four times since then and have delivered over 1,000 projects.
These projects have included planned maintenance and bathroom adaptation on tenanted properties. 98% of the projects we’ve completed on void properties were delivered within a given timeframe, bringing extra cost savings for Denbighshire County Council.

Wrexham County Borough Council
Following a competitive tendering process, we were appointed to their framework in 2018 and have completed over 200 projects for Wrexham County Borough Council. We’ve since been appointed to their Planned Repairs and Maintenance framework for their housing stock.
