Building assurance
Established in 1999, the foundation to our success has been in developing strong working relationships with local councils and housing associations. We carry out planned maintenance, void works, social housing refurbishment and new build, construction work to schools and public buildings and provide rapid response to their emergencies.
Our goal is to create successful enduring partnerships with our clients, providing them with a service based on safety, a desire to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects.
Each project is carefully planned and managed to specific requirements, with special consideration to open and easy communication with every client. We know the key to every successful project is good working relationships.
We’ve a very clear understanding that the exceptional reputation we hold is due to the quality service we provide and the excellent relationships we have built with our clients. This understanding has resulted in many contracts being undertaken on a repeat business basis.
Communities and people
We’re committed to supporting communities and provide a range of community benefits. We send over 200 local people to work every day in North Wales. This includes over 50 direct employees and more than 150 subcontractors. We’re proud of the value we have added to the area and our contribution to the local economy was over £4m in the last twelve months. We’ve been a proud sponsor of Rhyl Football Club since 2012, are proud sponsors of the Rhyl and District Rugby Club academy, and have made donations to North Wales School of Dancing, Rhyl Youth Boxing Club, and Prestatyn Athletic Junior Football Club.
We make frequent contributions and donations to local good causes. We’ve provided equipment for local schools and sports teams, helped with family fun days, participated in the RNLI raft race, and sponsored a variety of causes and events. Each year, we raise funds for two charities, one national, the other local. This year, we’re supporting the national Alzheimer’s Society and the St. Kentigern Hospice in our local area.
Considerate Constructors Scheme
We’re proud to support the Considerate Constructors Scheme and have been a member since 2009. We were presented with the Gold Award—their highest accolade—in 2012. In 2014, we were invited to become Company Partners by the Scheme’s Board. Partner Membership of the Scheme highlights our commitment to improving the image of the construction industry. We also received their Bronze award in 2019, positioning us as one of the leading contractors across Wales.
